Return & Replacement Policy
RETURNS, REPLACEMENTS AND REFUNDS
Indian Flower understands the values of customer
satisfaction and wishes to ensure that a trusting relationship is built with
each purchase.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
Refunds and Exchanges will be offered for any items where
the Returns are initiated withing 7 days of receiving the product.
Any Returns initiated outside the 7-days period is not
eligible for Refunds or Exchanges
Items bought with an offer applied will be refunded after
adjusting the offer discount.
Orders are processed within a few hours of receipt. If you
need to cancel or change an order, you must make any changes within 2 hours of
your order time otherwise your order might already be packed and ready to ship
Once your return has been received and it complies with our
returns policy, we will refund you by the method mentioned below.
www.indianflower.in can only accept returns of product
bought directly from our online store.
We do not accept returns or exchanges of items purchased at
any other online location for any reason.
For hygienic reasons, please make sure that any bottoms are
tried on over your own underwear.
REFUNDS FOR ONLINE PAYMENTS
Returns for Orders that have been paid through Credit /
Debit cards can be processed in the following ways:
1. Refund to the Credit / Debit card through which the order
was placed
2. Store Credit for Order amount
Note: Reverse shipping charge will bear by the customer.
Refund amount will transfer to the customer after deduct the reverse shipping
charge.
REFUNDS FOR CASH ON DELIVERY ORDERS
Returns for COD Orders can be through the following modes:
1. Store Credit - Store Credit has lifetime validity and can
be used on all products
2. Refund via Bank Account
WHAT ITEMS CAN BE RETURNED?
We do not accept Returns for Underwear for hygiene reasons
We accept returns / exchanged within Seven (7) days of
purchase on regular priced items
Merchandise must NOT have been WORN, WASHED or ALTERED; and
MUST HAVE ORIGINAL PACKING & HANG TAG ATTACHED.
Any merchandise returned missing hang tags; in a dirty, worn
or poor condition; or without any Return Authorization cannot be refunded. It
is then up to the customer to arrange shipping if they would like the item sent
back to them.
Note: Reverse shipping charge will bear by the customer.
HOW DO I RETURN / EXCHANGE A PRODUCT?
If you would like to return an item, please request a return
from the following page:
Email care@indianflower.in, quoting your order #, within seven
(7) days from the date of receiving your order, so we can issue a Return
Authorization # and initiate a pick up if your pin-code is eligible for the
same. The Pickup will be done within 3 days of the Return Request. We will
process your exchange within 2 - 4 days of the pickup. Refunds can take up to 7
- 10 business days to be processed.
